Why fight the traffic?  The LM Health & Fitness Center is located directly behind the LMEA building at 800 Walker Street.  So whether you plan to come before or after work, at lunch, or whenever, you'll just be moments away!

We offer a wide range of operating hours*, so there is no need to worry about squeezing in your workout:

Monday - Thursday
5:00 am  - 7:30 pm

Working Friday
5:00 am  - 7:00 pm

9/80 Off Friday
7:00 am  - 5:00 pm

Saturday
10:00 am  - 2:00 pm

* Hours may be modified during holidays and special events.
