Group Exercise: Group exercise is a great way to have a fun and challenging workout while being inspired by our motivated and certified instructions. Participating in group exercise can help you lower body fat, tone muscles, and improve cardiovascular ability. View our Group Exercise schedule here!
Massage Therapy: Massage is an excellent addition to any workout! It is a wonderful way to relieve stress and relax tight muscles, plus it feels great! Wellness Center membership is not required for massage therapy and it only costs $1/minute!
Program Sessions: Program sessions are free for every member. Each program will be individualized based on your goals, time constraints, and present fitness level. A member of the staff will review the exercise prescription with you and help you become oriented with the equipment and proper technique for each exercise.
Fitness Assessments: Fitness Assessments are an excellent way to help accurately determine your present level of health and fitness. Included in the assessment are the following measurements: Resting Blood Pressure and Heart Rate, Height and Weight, Body Composition, Aerobic Capacity, Muscular Strength and Endurance, and Flexibility.
Pretest Instructions: 1) Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing (short sleeved T-shirt, shorts, and tennis shoes). 2) Drink plenty of fluids over the 24-hours preceding the test. 3) Avoid food, tobacco, alcohol and caffeine for 3 hours prior to taking the test. 4) Avoid exercise or strenuous physical activity the day of the test. 5) Get an adequate amount of sleep (6 - 8 hours) the night before the test.

Super Stars: Members who visit the Lockheed Martin Employee Wellness Center an average of 3 times a week per quarter will be recognized on a bulletin board in the lobby and are eligible for a gift certificate!
Trailblazers: Trailblazers is an ongoing program available to all members. Participants log their mileage from the outdoor fitness trail on the Trailblazers wall. Prizes are awarded when 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 1000, 5000 and 10000 miles are completed.
Strength Club: The Lockheed Martin Employee Wellness Center is posting members top 10 bench presses based on overall poundage and percentage of body weight. To be placed on the board you must have a staff member witness the 1 rep max. The best overall max is currently 425 lbs, and the top relative max is 180% of bodyweight lifted.
Member of the Month: A Member of the Month will be chosen based on their participation, length of membership, accomplishments and attitude in the Wellness Center. This member will be recognized around Lockheed Martin, have a reserved locker for the month, and receive a prize!
