Eligibility and Rates

All Lockheed Martin employees, retirees, and spouses are eligible to join the Wellness Center. As a member, you will receive all of the services and benefits of the Wellness Center.

Employees - $4.80 per week, payroll deducted ($249.60/year)

Retirees - $4.00 per week, paid quarterly ($52.00) by cash or check

Spouses - $3.00 per week, paid quarterly ($39.00) by cash or check

DCMA, Contractors, and Military Personnel - $5.00 per week, paid quarterly ($65.00) by cash or check

Steps to Enrollment

1. A Pre-Participant Screening Form must be completed and returned to the Wellness Center. NOTE: Medical Clearance may be necessary depending on your health history. Click here to download form.

2. A mandatory orientation is scheduled to start membership.

3. Fitness assessments are optional to help accurately determine your present level of health and fitness. Included in the assessments are the following measurements: Resting Blood Pressure and Heart Rate, Height and Weight, Body Composition, Aerobic Capacity, Muscular Strength and Endurance, and Flexibility.

4. A Program Session is available for each new member and includes a review of your individualized exercise prescription.
